Brown spots on underside of Microsorum?

Just received my first ever plant order ready to setup at the weekend. All seems ok, mostly invitro Plants, but I have a Microsorum trident and it has brown spots/lumps on the underside of all the leaves. It's almost like tiny spots of mud, but only being on the bottom makes me suspicious. Any ideas what it could be? I'm reluctant to introduce something unwanted right from day one.

Haha, ok, thanks Alto! That's a relief! I looked at loads of pics on google images but you rarely see the bottom of the leaf.

Can anyone explain what they actually are please?
