Brown Fuzzy Algae Help Needed!

Have you managed to solve this brown algae problem? I have the same problem with a very similar tank configuration. Maybe a stupid question, but I see red on the CO2 cylinder, do you dispense CO2 from a fire extinguisher? PS sorry for my English
