Hi all,
So I've read that bamboo leaves can be a good botanical to use in a aquarium ?
I'm considering using them as there small and would make a interesting leaf litter instead of the normal oak leafs I've used before .
If anyone has any advice I would very much appreciate it has anyone else tried it before I've seen them for sale on some sites but was thinking of using them from my own bamboo in the garden
Ofcourse I would boil them in water first just to be safe

I've tried them, they are rot resistant, but didn't provide much tint.

You want the dead, brown leaves from the old canes.

Cheers Darrel

Do you think these bamboo leafs would work?
I also got hold of some alder cones I've already boiled all just incase and now there drying out
