Ordered some indian almond leaves from a well known retailer - a reputable online shop- quite a few are purple. Not seen this before- is there something wrong with them? Is it safe for my fish? Should I contact the retailer? Is it some kind of disinfectant? Google didn’t return much, I’d like to understand why they are purple rather than just having reassurance it’s safe or not. Thanks

Not that unusual

Catappa leaves in nature. Trees shed leaves twice a year and the leaves can be harvested by simply picking them up from the ground. Before falling off, the leaves turn purple/orange.

Thank you. Here's some photos, seem very different to yours. I've had plenty like yours before. It's just annoyed me as I usually order much cheaper with no issues, and now I'm concerned about using them. Thanks
