black spots

i just noticed that my cryptocorne wendii has got these black marks on some of its leafs ? is this natural markings or is it some sort of algae ? i have a shipment of amano shrimp arriving tue will they take care of it if it is algae ?

planted april 11th all plants fron tropica 12 grow pots ive given my tank a though looking over and it seems its only on this 1 individual plant ?

From the picture I feel we see emersed growth meaning eventually almost all the leaves you see will disintegrate in order to be replaced by new underwater leaves. What you see isn't anything that would worry me.

If you want to be more drastic you could just trim all the leaves. As long as the root is intact it will sprout new leaves quicker. Here's a vid by Juris on the subject.
