Not sure about very fancy! But since you are in London, Aquatic Design Centre in Portland Street sell nice Bettas!
on facebook, search for "chens bettas", they post betta pics up that you can claim then have delivered, generally tends to be approx. £15 for betta, £10 for delivery

@LondonDragon As far as I know they have moved and no longer have a store on Portland Street.
