My tank is a 350 litre Trigon corner tank which is 60cm tall. It has a sump and the intake weir is at the very top back of the tank. The return pump is running at 2500lph and I have a wave maker at the top front left of the tank which is circulating water across the tank at 1000lph

Every time I clean my tank and move the plants I get a lot of debris floating in the water much like the debris that collects in external filters.

Is there a problem with my flow? Whats the best way to combat this?

Thanks

Or,,you could move plant's less often:lol:
I normally shut down filter's when working in the tank and let everything settle before turning filtration back on.(Don't forget)
I then clean filter's and filter material next day.
My tanks are all soil based with safe-t-sorb cap so the less I move thing's about, the cleaner the tank stay's.
