Are these plants going to be okay with Aquael Brillux 72 litre rectangular,2 t5 24 watt lights,DIY co2 with diffuser, tetra substrate with gravel.Any suggestions will be highly appriciated.
Here is the list :

Java fern
Bacopa monnieri
Rotala indica
Hygrophilia polysperma
Cabomba carolinana
Staurogyne repens
Egeria densa

Flame/christmas moss
Dwarf hairgrass

I am always looking for thriving new plants and would love to learn new things. Any more foreground plants suggestion considering DIY co2?
Thanks

My experience of diy co2 was awful. I didnt spend a lot of money but a few quid on bits n pieces and it never worked out for myself, looking back I should have spent the money and got the proper co2 gear instead of diy at the begining, but it was fun to try and suited my budget at that time.

It's something of a departure from your original question and not at first thoughts particularly useful advice considering; but I'd either go full high-energy/tech, or just save yourself the bother completely and go low-energy - soil substrate.
