Beamswork led lights?

Hi guys i just bought a beamswork led light for my little 45 litre tank

Im just wonderin will these lights be good enough to grow a hair grass carpet?

Tank size is 18"long height is 12"

Il be addin co2 and ei dosing

I had one of those, they are powerful as s@#

From experience, they will grow lots of algae 😀
