BBA or Staghorn Algae ID

I started having a bit of algae show up in my tank over the last two weeks and I can't figure out if it's BBA or Staghorn ... or maybe something else completely. Here are some pictures of it:

Hi, the hairy stuff looks like staghorn. It also looks like there is cyanobacteria (blue green algae) on the java fern.

For me, staghorn tends to be excess light/insufficient co2 related. BGA is a bugger, too much light is often.main cause. It's also said that low nitrate causes BGA but I'm.not convinced of that based on own experience.
