Hi, I purchased the membrane for this system, new carbon and sediment plus resin, always Arka. I only made two changes of I measured the ppm, it was 135 ppm. Is it possible that the membrane arrived broken?

I take it you ran water though it for some time ? as it can take some time for the reverse osmosis to work/kick in

yes I threw away 30 liters then I prepared my water and I did a change of 40 liters and the ppm was low if I'm not mistaken 12 but now it's at 135 140 ppm what do I do?

I dont really know, but I feel it's more likely to be a seal issue. What's the tds from the tap?
