Are t8's classed as low lighting

Need two new tubes for my fluval roma 240, just had two glo aqua glo 40w t8's in there but going to change to arcadia freshwater and original t8's. Are these fine for just growing the following. Variety of anubias, java fern, a few types of crypts, echinodorus osiris, echinodorus tenellus, echinodorus magdalensis, microsorum windelov, vallisneria nana.

I did have the standard white plastic reflectors aswell but they went brittle and snaped. Should I buy new reflectors or just leave them off.

You don't say if you will be injecting co2 but either way light is not really the governing factor...carbon is.
So you won't need reflectors but you can ft them if you can match the light with enough co2.

Yes will be injecting c02 via a fe with an easy aqua super atomiser which throws out a mist but its hard to tell how much im putting in as it needs a least 2 bar to work then thats about 3-4 bubbles a sec and some times you need to increase that to get a good coverage, to hard to count really at times, dont wont to have it that high really as easy aqua double check valve starts to weep. But anyway Richard from AE said not to worry how many bubbles you are pushing through with the way the atomisers work as long as your drop checker stays a nice lime green colour.
