Are Bristlenose Plecos sensitive

Hi all,

Honestly try and <"find another shop">, that is a "shop-keeper with fish", not a <"fish-keeper with a shop">.

If you went to the garage and said "one wheel has fallen off my car" and the garage owner said "nothing to worry about, most of the cars I sell are missing a wheel" you wouldn't go back, and this is no different as a scenario.

cheers Darrel
He refused to return the fish, he said that its their policy that sold fishes cannot be returned and then he showed me through google search that majority of Albino Angle fishes have maroon gills.

I think that probably tells you all you need to know.

Hopefully yours will be all right, and will recover in better conditions, but just cut your losses and try somewhere else.

Bloody gills are never "normal". Albino fish will have more internal structure showing, due to their lack of pigment, but not like that.

cheers Darrel
