So I have been waiting since February for an Arcadia OTL freshwater LED unit that I paid for to be delivered. I won't say who from as I wish to give them a fair run at redeeming the situation. From what I have been told Arcadia ran out of stock and more needed to be produced. However the timescales for production and shipping to the UK have long since elapsed. Does anyone know anybody who works for Arcadia who could shed 'light' on the situation?
