Hi, I'm looking at replacing some of my lighting on my tank.
Has anyone had any experiance with the Arcadia led replacement t8's 48" or 1200mm.
Looking at 2x tropical " tubes"
The tank is 600mm deep and quite heavy planting.
Any thoughts?

You are asking about the led tubes that fit into the t8 ballest unit and fittings? Ihave no experiace using these. But would have thought they will be at least as bright as your current tubes poss brighter.Be led you shouldnt have to replace the tubes and should prob be lower power consumtion.Cost less to run.
Depending on the price of the unit compared to replacement tubes i would say its a no brainer really.

just had a quick look says they use 1/3 of the electric and 5 times light output per kwh so should pay for themselfs i should imagine.
Being led you shouldnt have to replce tubes every year either?

Hi, I want to the shops today to get the Arcadia led replacement tubes to be told they are being phased out.

Has anybody used the "Aqua One Plant grow 120 " set up? It looks a nice unit, warmer light than the Internet equivalent which is a little too white for me.

Each make measure the effectiveness differently . The old "watts" have gone , some do lumins, some par, or deg K.
Any thoughts would be great.
