Has anyone bought from Aquarium Plant Food UK at all?

I ordered an IE Starter Kit and a few other bits and pieces from them a few days ago but as yet I haven't even had a reply from them to say they received my order. Is this normal?

I've placed a few orders previously....always had a Sales reply within about 30mins approximately!

Thanks for the reply Hoggie. I checked the account but nothing shows, I think I'll give them a call tomorrow. It was a first order with a new account so I probably did something wrong.

I have never had a problem apart from virtually ever package I receive has a stamp on it saying ... "opened by Guernsey customs"!!

Can't understand the Guernsey connection, unless of course you live there.

The connection makes sense now, just took a quick peep at your profile and spotted you are in fact a resident of that beautiful area.
