Aquarium lid flaps

I have a similar lighting lid as below but I was going to add another light or change the light which will be slightly bigger, if I do this the lid part will not fit on top of the tank. And before I think about cutting it and making a mess I wanted to see if i can get something made or buy the sheets, I have no idea what there made of (maybe Perspex)

If that's from a Juwel tank, they are not perspex for sure... that thin, that flexible, and with T5's heat, they would bend quite easily on top of the tank.

It’s from a interpet tank (cube 170) which doesn’t seem to exists on the internet. The flab’s clip into a what looks like aluminium heat sink which the interpet triple led is attached to at the bottom.
