Hello
Has anyone tried these apparently they fit into the existing t5 light tube fittings in the hood. If you look it up on a well known video upload site there’s a demo there.
I was thinking of swapping only if the lighting is good enough for low light plants. I don’t know anything about lumens or Par ratings I’m really ignorant on that. I currently have 2 39w iquatics freshwater tubes which have completely run out.
The aquael led retrofit for my ballast would be 16w x2 I’m wondering if that would be a similar level of lighting? They’re not cheap about £30 each. But if they last more than a year worth it?
Or shall I stick with my regular t5s?
My tank is 240litres height 24/depth 16/ length 39 inches.
Thank you
