Good morning all.
I'm using an aqua one j bar light for a 450 litre tank. This led light has a power of 66 watts. I currently light the tank for 61/2 hours.
As my tank if fairly deep (50cm),I was wondering if 66watts is sufficient. The light I'm using in a retro fit for a 300 litre I believe.
I have noticed that some of my stem plants, whilst growing, seem to be healthier at the top rather the base
I was wondering if this is a lighting issue. Tank is co2 fed and distribution is good.
I was considering adding another J bar light as I do like them, thus giving 132 watts
Any thoughts would be gratefully received, thank you
Happy New year
