Anybody dealt with CO2 supermarket?

I ordered some goods off them Saturday morning and paid for them with paypal. I then found I didn't need the goods so immediately emailed them to cancel.
I have heard nothing from them either saying I've ordered the goods or they have cancelled or repaid me.

I have dealt with them early in the year, it is one guy and his brother. I had aproblem that they took a day to respond to but after that I could not have asked for better service. Maybe they are having few days off?

Just got it sorted, as you say, one of them on holiday.
It appears they are having email probs but very helpful once we got in contact.
