Any idea what type of Algae?

Hi, I have a 86l 20+ year old tank in the last year I had an attack of hair algae. That has gone but I now have this, like a carpet felt looking algae. Light is on for only 6 hours a day, tank only has 2x African Dwarf frogs in it now also thinking of setting up new 200l tank if I transfer media and substrate and run old filter will the algae come with it to new tank?
