Any idea what this is?

As title says any idea what this is on my lobelia cardinalis mini? It’s only in one spot on that leaf. Not sure if it’s eggs of some kind?
Iv only had 3 chilli rasporas, 1 Amano snail and 2 Bernice snails in the tank until yesterday when I added an extra 6 chillis and 3 ottos. I also have some tiny snails that i think have found their way into my tank on plants but not many.

I only just noticed it.

Geez, ai was looking at it for ages and didn’t see that then as soon as you mentioned floating plant I could see the roots straight away! I need to get my eyes checked out!! 😂
