Any advantage to dosing daily vs twice weekly?

I have a tank that has to date been low light and low tech, though I have just started using Easycarbo daily and got a Fluval Plant 3.0 for better light. I previously dosed my fertilizer (Easylife Profito) twice a week. But I wondered if there is any advantage to dosing daily. It's easier for me to dose twice weekly, but I can do daily if it makes a real difference. Thanks in advance.

If you are dosing the carbon daily I would dose the ferts at the same time. That said, if what you are doing now is working, then why change?

Thanks very much for replies both! Yes I guess as I'm putting in the liquid carbon anyway I may as well dose daily.

Edvet - I have a pretty much full stock of fish for the tank - if the water is testing positive for nitrates (it usually gets up to 10-20 by the end of the week), won't that mean that there is still some available for the plants? Or is that wrong?

Nitrates from protein degrading can be dangerous if it means the metabolites are in the tank too ( ammonia, nitrite) because these are far mor dangerous/toxic.
Macro's contain phosphorus and Mg/K too, a light EI dose could help, especially after the waterchange ( wich is needed in a heavily stocked tank)
Heavily stocked tanks need good filtration ,plants( especially heavily planted) can help massivly, but i wouldn't skip waterchanges.

Thanks. Ammonia and nitrites have always been 0 since cycling, tank has been established 8 months. I do a 50% water change weekly without fail, definitely not planning on skipping this. Will look into EI dosing. Appreciate the input.
