Anubias Dying?

New Anubias leaf on the plant is looking pretty bad. Can anyone pinpoint something or could this be a number of factors?

I have just this week started dosing EI and have some algae to deal with (which I think is CO2 related) I have a bigger diffuser coming as I think mine is too small for a 240 litre tank

In the meantime I'm trying to find out why this Anubias leaf looks so bad. It almost looks as if it is dying?
