Another salty convert

Hi guys, iv been running a salt tank for a few years which I closed about a year ago, I didn't move the tank on as trying a planted tank has always appealed to me.

My tank is a 5x2x2 with an external weir and a 4x2x2 sump, i have more equipment than your local fish shop, so hopefully, i can keep costs down in certain areas.

As I'm in the research stage, I could do with as much info you can throw at me lol.

I'm hoping to run co2 with led lighting, I have a GHL Profilux which I'm going to use as I love the automation, so guys, as they say, Let the journey begin...............................

Welcome! Sounds like you’re half way set - a great tank, and a sump set up and knowing how to use it gives you quite possibly the best start, particularly if you can run it as a wet/dry trickle filter. 👍🏻
