Hey guys,
I am new to this forum and from South Africa
I have a plant question.
I have been struggling with my Alternanthera reineckii mini for a bit.
I had some before in my previous tank and it always seem to be the same problem, the leaves start to curl up as soon as it is growing out and the it looks like the plant is stunted.
I have noticed that my Ludwigia Palustris have started curling up the leaves as well.

The tank specs:
Tank size: 2 ft
Lighting: 3 x 24 watt T5 fluorescent tubes, daylight colour @ 6500K
Substrate: Langa aqa soil (I had pool filter sand in my previous tank and it did exactly the same with the Alternanthera reineckii mini planted in it)
Ferts: EI (Have only recently started dosing, I started with lower dosages as the substrate is still new with plenty of nutrients)
CO2: I use 2 of those Ista CO2 disposable cans which should be plenty CO2 since I am using 2 cans at the same time.

Thank you, any advice would be greatly appreciated,

Filip

It was about 2 weeks ago. I waited for 4 wees as reccommended by the substrate manufacturer

HI Filip Welcome to the forum,

Looks like too much light and you not providing enough co2 u got drop checker, how many hours you keep ur lights on, curling occurs by calcium deficiency are you using RO water or tap water, and you also got GSA in leaf looks like phosphate deficiency too, give us more detail about your filter output and EI salts you using.

Can definitely say that there is enough or excess of light. Otherwise tricky... just wait and see. Also consider Calcium etc.
