Algae or plant? Help me get rid

Hi all

I have a weird green plant/algae growing in my tank which I did not put there!!
Is this algae?
It is the green wavy leaf like, but also algae like plant around the trident java fern and now my buce aswell.

If it is a plant or algae, what is it and how do I get rid of it please?

I know about the BBA - already have a bit of an ongoing battle with that (have for years now!)
Its the green bits - I have circled some of them in the pic below

Hi all,

Looks like subwassertang.

Certainly does <"20g Round Pellia (Susswassertang) | Shrimpland">. I like it, it suits my <"hands off"> style, but it possibly isn't a plant for those who like neat and tidy, or planned scapes, as it gets absolutely everywhere.

As it’s not algae I will leave it alone in the trident fern. But I think it will try to get rid around my buces!

If you tie or glue some to a small piece of rock, it will form a nice attractive cushion, but it doesn't physically attach itself to anything, so will eventually detach and float off if it gets too large.
