Algae identification and treatment?

1. Size of tank in litres :170L
2. Age of the set - up. Tank is 5 years old, but has been re scaped a few times, last substrate change a year ago. Dwarf sag had covered substrate but the algae started and I removed most of the sag 6 months ago. I had treated with excel and it destroyed most of my SüßWassertank (very sad). I’ve been trying to fire fight this algae for the last 6 months.
3. Filtration: Oase 650 biomaster
4. Lighting and duration: interpet double led and interpet triple led. 7 hours on timer
5. Substrate: play sand
6. Co2 dosing or Non-dosing. Co2 inline diffuser duel stage regulator from co2 art comes on 1 hour prior and off 1 hour before
7. Fertilizers used + Ratios. Tnc complete 1ml a day
8. Water change regime and type:20- 25% weekly with remilitarised RO water tds 150
9. Plant list + When planted: Java trident 6 months old dwarf sag, some Süßwassertang, salvinia floaters ( I remove 70% every month, some val - val is new, dwarf sag was reduced about 4 months down to 10 planets to re populate, star reopens new
10. Inhabitants, black Corys -7, Otocinclus 8, neon green rasboras 12
