Without trying to be funny, this looks like a human hair. I would simply try pulling it out with your fingers or tweezers......’hair’ algae 🤪
if you are referring to the tiny green dots most likely gsa however it looks small and I can’t quite tell if it isn’t something within the leaf structure rather than on top?
