I think its Fuzz algae/Oedogonium!
I would just remove the affected leaves and see if the bugger returns!
The other leaves look unaffected.

To be honest most of my crypts are pretty big so snipping a few leaves off won't make much difference I don't thinkYes, Matt
No point trying to make hard work for yourself, the Crypts will bounce back and produce nice fresh leaves in a few weeks, or months depending on your set-up!!!
