ada substrate

Hello guys

Just a quick question I brought some use ada soil been use for a month and wondering would the soil release ammonia again if use? It going in to my crystal shrimp tank that already got the same substrate

If it's ran for a month it will have leeches most of the initial ammonia already and if adding to an established tank should have little if any impact at all
