ADA Solar 1 wiring ?

Hi, Just bought one of these lights and the cable which needs connecting to the ballast unit has 2 black wires and the normal green/yellow for earth. Does anyone know if it matters which black is connected to the live and to the neutral? (they have the numbers 1 and 2 written on black wires)

My guess is it doesn't matter but would rather do some checking first.

If they are numbered I'd guess they need to be differentiated but it wasn't so important that the colour was different.

Do you not have any manuals?
