Hi all, I'm busy cycling my tank and coming towards end of first week of changing 75-80% of tank water everyday as advised by Ada themselves. I'm wanting to start my ferts if I can but im just wondering wether I should wait any longer etc. I'm just keen on the plants getting that bit extra sooner rather than later.

To give your plants an early start it's best to give them enough CO2 but it doesn't hurt to start with EI, personally I would start with a lower phosphate dose the next few weeks.

The main thing lacking will be potassium, good idea to add some K right off the bat.

hey i just started a new tank with ADA aquasoil too. i held back my ferts, started co2 with 6hrs photo period. added potassium since beginning, but still seeing my anubias, ferns and bolbitis a bit struggling after about a week+.
