Astonishing customer service.

I want to do an Iwagumi in my tank but it is taller than it is deep so I have some pretty specific requirements. There being no decent aquascaping shop close I phoned AG and spoke to Steve, he offered to build a scape in their scaping area and send me photos.
A couple days later Steve phones back, he can't do it in the rock I'd asked for (Mini-landscape) however they've built 4 scapes for me to look at with different rocks and they'll send me the pics.
To say I was blown away was an understatement.
