Also, it looks like BBA on your wood, and the internodes on the plants are really quite long, which would kinda point to low or inconsistent CO2 flow and distribution. Get all that sorted and I'm sure all will be well.
Thanks for the replies. That plant is under the spray bar so could be water flow. Been fighting with bba for some time it's a lot better. It only on the wood and some rocks.
Have got a wave maker. Will play with it not sure were to put it. At the moment it on the back middle but not running. Any ideas were to put it to help with flow
Your Limnophila sessiliflora can grow perfectly well in low flow, low light and no added CO2................ so these are not symptoms of your plant not thriving.
Single leaf of Lim. sess. will not live very long, though, so plant need trimming often.
