A little heads up

Hi,

Please could someone give me the heads up as to what type of algea this is? I cant quite decide which type it is.





Sorry for the really bad pics but its a bluey greeny coloured hairy type that SEEMS to be in places with low flow and also quite difficult to scratch off the leafs- i have now just made adustments to improve the flow which hopefully helps improve the situation along with slightly more co2
