Hi all

I'm in the process of setting up a planted Oase 60P, which is my second aquascape. I'm considering lighting options and was wondering if members had recommendations.

I've already purchased a Life Aqua RGBW light screen. For the main lighting I have a few minimum requirements: app controlled, suspended fitting (so, a hanging kit); and I may need some form of shading as the tank is located in a sitting area and I've found with my current set up (a Twinstar S Range) there is a bit to much light cast around the room. I'm prepared to invest in a good light which meets these requirements so less focused on budget at the moment although ADA is probably outside my price range.

Look forward to your thoughts! 🙂

Could look at Chihiros Vivid or WRGB pro 2. Both have suspension kits and shades available
I do have the Chihiros Vivid 3 on my list but wondered if it would be over-kill, even for a high energy set up? The Skylight Hyperspot and Hyperbar are also on the list but there is less information out there reviewing them.

A lot of youtubers praise the skylight brand and the fact that the slightly recessed lights don't shine into your eyes. Probably a good choice for you if budget is not much of an issue.
