Reading through the excellent sticky on flow at the top of this forum I would like to run over my proposed setup to see if it is the optimal solution...

I have an Eheim 2080 filter which has two inlets and just one spraybar outlet. I have a pretty standard 5ft Juwel Rio 400L tank. I intend to place the spray bar in the middle of the back tank wall, horizontally at the surface pointing out at water level toward the front glass. I intend to place each inlet tube in opposite rear corners, near the substrate.

*edit* Here is a diagram of proposed setup...

Would you recommend this setup, or can you recommend a better configuration? Thanks.

on my 5ft tank i use 2 Eheim 2080 filters with 2 x 2ft spray bars , i found that 1 spray bar the full length with one 2080 was not strong enough
