3months since set up

3 months since my tank set up, currently dosing tnc complete keeping nitrates at 20/40ppm I also have Seachem flourish, feel the vals just aren’t taking off the way they should, does anyone use both these products on alternative days? As for the light 2 fluval aquasky 2.0 lights around 60% the tank looks well balanced just tempted to use this Seachem flourish along with tnc complete? Non cO2 tank set up
