16-12mm filter pipe reducers

Does anyone know where I can get some 16-12mm filter pipe reducers?

I've seen 12-9mm but can't seem to find any 16-12mm.

Don't bother with them! 12mm Ehiem pipe fits perfectly inside the 16mm pipe. I've used this for years and it was totally watertight.

Hmmm interesting, would look cleaner as well. Could always pop some silicone around the top of the join to make sure as well. Thanks for that.
