After driving for over 15 hours and 728 miles I now have everything I need to scape my first tank.

I bet no one has travelled as far as I did to pick up a tank! I travelled from the north of Scotland to Horizon Aquatics to collect my Oase Scaperline 90 tank. What a shop Horizon is. The display tanks are stunning and the shop is so nice. If I did not have to drive 350+ miles home I could have spent ages there.

So I have ended up with a scaperline 90, a biomaster 600 and some very expensive wood. Only got a far as below so far.
looking forward to getting stuck in.

I'm humbled by your dedication 🙂. I went there a couple of weeks ago drove three hours each way from the Wirral to pick up a Vivid 2 and thought I was doing well. Like you I was stunned by how well set out the store is and could have spent all day in the display room.
Look forward to seeing what you create.

Good on ya. I certainly haven't travelled that far for a tank!

However, in my aquarium keeping 'gap' (now clocking at over 20 years, but very bear to being ceased) I did travel to the 4 corners of the country for car parts.
