Hi guys looking for some advice with my 125l tank I’m running it with the standard led light that came with the roma setup I have a fluval 306 external filter dennerle aquasoil a injected co2 unit rigged up to a fire extinguisher, I have been using the aquascaper ferts but I’m looking at switching to tnc complete heard it’s better value for money and people are getting better results any advice on this ? I do 40/50% water changes weekly but I have noticed on my dragon stone I’m getting a build up of black red purpleish algee when I do water changes I use prime, I have also noticed blackening on the edges on the leaves of my plants any idea what this could be thanks in advance guys

looks like you are using an Aquario NEO Acrylic CO2 Diffuser?
for me i would place the defuser straight under the outlet of the filter to disperse the co2 better giving plants closest to the outlet a bit of co2. looking good though mate.

Tank looks really good. I’ve used aquascaper, TNC complete and have now switched to the EI starter kit from aquarium plant food website. I’ve had success with all three, I suspect they’re all much the same stuff. The EI starter kit goes a lot further. There’s a YouTube video showing you how to do it if the idea of mixing salts puts you off. It’s really straightforward.

What’s the small leaf Rotala type green plant in back?

It looks deprived of something - possibly light - what are the light details?

Thanks guys I don’t no if it’s just me being fussy lol the light is the 10wat led light bar that came with the tank here’s some more pics to show what I mean I have moved the diffuser under the filter I was using a neo but I broke it currently have a tropica one on but ordered another neo

When there are problems if adding CO2 one should look at amount, dissolving and flow. You seem to have some BBA on older leaves (http://www.theplantedtank.co.uk/algae.htm)
How are your timings: when does light and CO2 go on and out
Are all the leaves in your tank gently moving in the flow ( you want your CO2 to get everywhere), placing the DC in different spots can give clues
Amount: a pH profle, preferaly with an electronic device, will give the best indication of CO2 amount,
