So I snapped my hose adapter while doing a water change last night on my oase bio 850.
I kept the heater on over night and have had a small internal filter running with media out of the big’un in the tank with a heater.
Question is will the bacteria be ok to just turn on today?
I’ve been...
I need to re-route the hoses on my new tank,
in order to have them where I want,
I need quite a sharp bend from the lily pipes.
Has anyone used these?
Any cons with using them?
I need to do what is in the 2nd picture.

Normally wouldn’t think twice about this, but it’s scaling up bigger than I have before.
I’m assuming putting all the old media form the sunsun into the oase isn’t going to be sufficient enough to keep a 140L cycled enough to house shrimp and 4 CPD’s?
Or will it?
Will be doing daily 50%...
So I have a 35L ScapeRs tank from dennerle
I have bought a 400LPH all pound solutions external filter, however the hose is 9mm-12mm
And everything I have is 12-16mm.
I have an aquamanta exf200 which is 850LPH
Question is if I pack it with filter wool to reduce the flow will it still be...
Got the efx for £10 from eBay, stuck some hoses on it and it works a treat,
Question is; it’s rated at 800LPH, do I save this for a larger tank? I get the feeling 16 times the tank every hour is a bit excessive?
