100 would be enough to get fe co2 - it will benefit you as later you probably will upgrade to bigger tank

I am using one of these they will do the job ok - but you need to play a bit with needle walve to set bubble rate as you wish as the are not as precisely as my friends jbl.

I gave fluval 405 and 404 connected in line and external inline reactor.
As a output on the filters I use spray bar along the back of the tank wall. The holes are positioned so the water flows to the front glass of the tank but not in the straight line but tiny bit...

I `m using co2 regulator you are planning to buy.
I have no problems with it apart one thing. The needle valve could be more accurate. it takes some time to adjust it to your need but once set up it fine.

So if fluval 405 internal bore pipe is 17mm then I should use Atomizer with 12 - 16mm connections so I can actually fit it on the atomizer. Did I understand what you said?
