I'm quite used to the ones from http://www.flowgrow.de/db/calculator (maybe because I'm german..^^) Their calculators are really great, but that is not quite surprising as flowgrow.de is one of the best sites for aquaristic plants & nutrients in the german aquarisitc domain.

But, if you're using an smaller ID, won't be there a higher pressure and therefore a stronger flow?
