    Easy aquascapes with a great "wow effect"

    I have it in my tank and love it as it adds a different texture to the tank. I use fine green netting to keep it held down, i need to repeat this once per month. Something i have started doing with it is chopping it up with Monte Carlo, for me it make it look more natural. Jim

    Opinion on my layout

    Have you thought about using the wood on the right on the left instead, orientated so that the long branch points towards the right hand side island. You can still use the othe branches to bulk out the left hand island, some small rocks placed in amongst the small twigs to give it a grown...

    Getting plants to stay down!

    I have had a few issue in the past with plants uprooting then saw a post on here about using cocktail sticks, I gave it a try and it works really well. As @Mick.Dk said Mc can be pushed really quite deep in the substrate, it will take hold in no time. Jim
