    FoF 2009 UKAPS Display Aquascapes

i have to add that i actually dislike 'clean' tanks, whilst showing the skills of the scaper, i prefer to have a little bit of alge there, not only to make it look a little bit more natural but to allow the fish something to graze on. But to be fair, if there isnt anything in these tanks as they...

    'Super-pico' tanks :D

but surely it is a waste as you can have no inhabitants, and only tiny plants, not to mention lighting will cost a bit to run as it will be overkill. unless you use natural lighting (windowsil)

    Blyxa-Bolbitis scape

    Blyxa-Bolbitis scape

isnt blxya quite costly? i have some WCMM in a small 38L tank that i am trying to get to breed but having no luck. i am feeding them on a frozen daphnia and bloodworm diet but no luck.

    Blyxa-Bolbitis scape

there must be a reason for this then!! more/less lighting at that end? stronger or weaker flow (id imagine slighly weaker as they like the calmer areas) that is a great tank, just wish i had room for a beast like that!

    120cm - South East Asia

  23. N

    80 x 40 x 50

i think you need something in the very back left, somethink like alternanthera reineckii lilacina. a plant that is more pink than green. or put the cabomba on the far left and the pink plant just inside it.
  24. N

    80 x 40 x 50

    My rio 125

the shark (if it is a shark, albino?) will eat the neons for sure. if its a RTBS then they get more aggressive as they get bigger and will definately eat the neons.
