yep I think ADC is your only choice. pretty sure maidenhead aquatics in wembley dont sell them.

You can go with anubias, ferns, most mosses & pellila + I've had hair grass, blyxa japonica. It depends on your lights & dosing etc. Oliver knott & George Farmer both have good examples you just need to google them...
