I just ordered plants for the first time from them and I have to say that they are good quality. I got nine crypts from my pot, I think it an expense you may need to take to get good quality plants.

Stuff from Germany is cheaper. I saw a hard to get species in my LFS it was quite dear. I showed the member of staff the species on a German shops website and it was cheaper for me to get two shipped from Germany. I think the UK retail market may need to catch up.

Re: Plantsalive.co.uk quality?? Japonica arrived..... They look good. In my previous post I mentioned a plant that dead on arrival that was the aubertii. But they were ok with replacing it.

I use Assassin snails or the old fashioned method of crushing them against the glass. But watch if you have other snail species my Assassins ate my Nerite snails! It was twice the size as well.
