Sorry its something i should have said in the video but the noise you can hear is the air pump in my other tank for the sponge filter. The HOB is very quiet itself. Carl

I think i need to invest in a new external filter, im using a fluval 304 for my 160l tank and im thinking after reading through the posts that its not really good enough especially once my tank is fully planted or should i get hold of a second one and run them both? Im gonna have to save up...

I have got a 2 x 1600 and found it was moving the manado substrate i use around so i took it apart and removed 1 of the impellers until i get the tank planted up more. However i had an issue with the suckers failing and it decided to aim down and totally destroyed my 4ft tank which im now having...
